    • #90: unify buildPolygonLayer filter — drop _isMixed branch (~14 LOC saved, AUDIT §3.3).
    • #91: drop string[] backwards-compat in initLevel bonus-hydrate (AUDIT §5.3).
    • fix: restore desktop layout (900px container, taller leaflet) — scherm-CSS files loaded after app.css re-declared mobile bases, overriding the 768+ media query at equal specificity. Moved shared max-width / leaflet height into app.css.
    • tests: poll zoom in set-61 fitOnStart regression to absorb rAF race.

    Closes #90, #91.
