    Refactor: polygonTypes register now data-driven (highlightZoom, highlightPadding, animate, skipFit, fallbackPan) with a single setHighlight(type, item, mapMode) dispatcher replacing per-type closures. Adds 'place' entry so markers share the same highlight entry point.

    Closes #92.
